Whatever you experience now is bc of the way you have made others feel in the past. This life time. Past lifetimes. In the present moment. Karma. Gets you every time!

The good news is that we can do a lot of good and make people feel good bc then that will come back to us. Good karma rocks! In every moment we are in complete control of the ways our lives will turnout. You can change that in an instance if you think about it that way.

The next time you wonder WHY things are the way they are or why you are lonely. look back and see how you made other people feel. I guess that takes the part of life away that we are all victims and things happen to us bc of circumstance or bad luck. I guess they happen to us to balance the scales of justice so to speak. It is universal law so everything stays in balance and we can create. If you think about it, it is a pretty awesome and simple way of viewing the world. Leave it to god to think of something so easy yet so brilliant.

Guess do unto others as you would have done unto you makes a lot of sense when you think of the balance we need. Not just bc we are taught to be nice but bc it is all part of something so much bigger.

Just a thought while at the orthodontist. I think i have a lot of good coming back to me. We all have a little not so good…even mother Theresa. But i suppose as long as we get up everyday, smile, and treat people..especially the ones we love the most with respect and unconditional love we will get that back in return…today is a great day and it is only 8:00 am

Every moment is a new slate board to create something new. Again. How cool that god gave us that gift. In every moment we can make that moment something complete new and opposite bc it is a new moment. We can make new karma in every moment. What a great way to live. I choose to create beauty simplicity love and light. What are you going to create in your new moments? Remember there is no 10 seconds ago so rock on!

Channeled Message from the beautiful beings of the light:

some day’s are meant for sharing
some day’s are meant for doing
some day’s are meant for falling in love
some day’s are meant for breaking up
some day’s are meant for chatter
some day’s are meant for stillness
some day’s, some day’s, some day’s…what is it all for?

whatever your day…remember this truth:

for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction…..
whatever you do you can always plan on the opposite to occur. that is truth, that is law…

you feel good…you will feel ‘bad’
you feel happy…you will feel ‘sad’
you are up…you will come down….

this is how the ‘universe’, as you call it, stays in complete balance…balance our friends balance!

now when you live your life in balance, there is no need to worry about swinging to one side or the other…staying in the middle of the ‘teeter totter’ of life is the wise choice. why? because in the middle is where honesty, truth, serenity, and peace reside….

how you might ask?
by loving yourselves enough to know that all is an illusion. nothing that you see or hear is actually what is going on around you. by remembering this illusion it will become easier to bring yourself back to the middle…to ground yourselves…and to just be.

just being requires nothing more than ‘letting go and letting god’ take over from here….it means staying in the divine flow of everything that is easy and effortless.

why stay in the divine flow?
because when you do…you then in turn balance and when everything is balanced things tend to run more smoothly through the illusions of this great place we call Earth.

Earth….nothing more than a place we come to remember to love ourselves first…then love all others. A place to learn to love unconditionally remembering we are all connected and we are all ONE….love thy neighbors is nothing more then loving all parts of yourself…and we mean all parts….the good the bad and the ugly….or should we say the perceived good bad and the ugly

so on this beautiful day…that is nothing more than a illusion on the great time line of life….

remember to stay in in your truth….to balance….to give of your hearts and to be free….free from the thinking mind and free to the giving heart….

Messages from Spirit

From their lips to your ears…I am just the messenger! What a beautiful day for all….we are so blessed to be here to welcome you all back and to welcome all the new guests who have agreed to receiving our wonderful words that are meant to uplift and inspire you all to be the greatest you can be.We welcome you all to a brand new day, a brand new moment. Lisa, our dear child, would like to know what it is we will be speaking of on this wonderful new day. First we would like to say welcome back from a much needed break by our dear child. She has been working so hard at bringing our words to life and she does not even know that she is at the very ‘tip of the ice berg’ as you say. Thank you for being patient and waiting for her to complete this wonderful newsletter that she sends out to so many of you in ‘cyber space’. We chuckle that you call it ‘cyber space’…we find it to be funny. Today we have no words of wisdom, silly metaphors, or words of inspiration. We are merely here to thank you for showing up for us! Yes, we said THANK YOU! We thank you for you are the wise ones who hear our words, listen to the guidence, and spread it to your loved ones, friends, families, and coworkers. We thank you for acknowledging us and for hearing our words so often when we write. It is not everyday that we have such a captive audience to speak too. Sure we talk to you each and every one of you all day. How often do you really hear what we are saying? Sometimes it takes using the vessel of our dear child for you to hear what we are trying to say to you. Please know that we try to communicate with all of you. Listen to the miracles that are ALL around you. We are there! There will be many, many, many, more times when you will hear ‘Spirits words…( we laugh at being called Spirit) and Lisa asks ‘What what should be call you then?’ and we laugh and say; call us whatever you want but we really are just you….each of you….you still see the separateness and not the oneness that we talk about. For if you did, you would not refer to us as ‘Spirit’ but to an extension of yourselves. You are Spirit and Spirit is you! How’s that for a twist? Well here is to a great day, a great moment, a great ‘time’. Know that you are loved beyond measure and that we are ALWAYS here for you…ALWAYS Lisa Peeps…. Oh yes, and by the way….did we tell you that “we love you”!?

Messages from Spirit

From their lips to your ears…I am just the messenger! What is the message? What is there to say? What is it you want to hear on this fine, fine day?You say speak to us of love. Speak to us of Hope. Speak to us of Oneness. Speak to us of Dreams. Speak to us on laughter. Speak to us on light. Well, we say we would like to speak on GLORY. Ahhh…glory. Just saying the word ‘GLORY’ makes your heart want to sing, does it not? Glory, Glory, hallelujah, Glory, Glory, hallelujah ….it makes you want to sing. SING! Go ahead sing and feel how good you feel when you let yourself let go and feel this heavenly word…Ahhh letting go, now that is for another time. Today is about glory! The energy in this absolute word, GLORY, is full of light, love, laughter, hopes, dreams, and holds so many other wonderful connotations. It is an absolute! We sing GLORY from above. We sing Glory from down below. WE sing, WE sing, WE sing, GLORY, GLORY, GLORY. What is Glory? Glory is pure delight. It is oneness with Spirit. It is a word that was created by the heavens to give all of you a reason to smile. When the days get you down, just say the word, GLORY to yourself and see how you feel. It will make you light. It has too, it can be no other way. So often in your language (English is it not?) your words have multiple meanings. Well not this one! It can only mean ONE! It means light, love, spirit, connectedness. We will keep this short for we all have a BIG week! We want you to remember GLORY as you rise from your beds, as you start your cars, as you walk through your days, as you arrive home from a long drawn out day, as you sit and ponder why in the heck you are there. Remember our word: GLORY and we are sure that you will feel nothing but the divine spirit within your being. Yes, YOU! Go ahead, FEEL IT! FEEL US, as you call glory upon yourselves. Yes, that is us, the unconditional wonderful warmth that makes you feel so comforted and loved. It is us but it is you as well! When you feel it remember, you are ALWAYS connected to us and we are ALWAYS connected to you because we are always one in the same—-ONE! Much love and light our most wonderful and beautiful souls on the planet Earth. We honor you as you honor yourselves and bathe in the light of all things glorious. Messages from Spirit

From their lips to your ears…I am just the messenger! Well hello and Happy, Happy, New Year to all! I know you get tired of hearing this, but since this is Lisa’s first newsletter of the year, how could we resist spreading such cheer! We hope our silly rhyme made you smile. Smiling…hmm now there is a concept. To smile big, and to smile small, but only to feel yourself smile at all. Smile, smile, smile, what a gift to spread to all. For when you smile big or small, your love for others reaches across them all. Remember to smile as you go throughout your days this week. So many of you forget that a simple smile can bring such simple delight. Practice! Practice in your mirrors at home! Practice while you drive to work! Practice! Practice! Practice until you need not practice any more! For smiling does not just show a happy face, it shows the world that you are sending love and joy to all. Smile big, smile proud, smile for all to see your light. Do not be afraid to show your greatness to those that you greet. Do not hide behind a frown. SMILE and show the world your truths. Go on, show them who you are. Show them so they can see who they are. Maybe you will recogonize each other from a far. When you smile, you raise your vibration to one of love and joy so much so that you can not help but raise the vibrations of the others around you as well. They say that practice makes perfect… so practice your smile until you can practice no more. Smile and feel how good it feels to make anothers day. Smile big smiles, smile small smiles, but for petes sake, just smile! You might just surprise yourself at how good you feel when you smile. Love each other, love yourselves, love the world as it is. It is in that love for all that you will help shift all the others who are having a hard time picking themselves up to smile. Be the leader of the day, be the smile brigade. We are here to help you smile and we will do what we can be it a song on the radio, a beautiful bird, a butterfly, or an untimely joke you hear from a friend. If you find yourself smiling in the next few weeks, know that we are close by helping to bring the smiles about. The world needs each of you right now, each of you we said…to smile big, and smile small, but the world needs you to smile today. You are the leaders..consider yourselves blessed. You are the smile leaders and you bring smiles to all that you touch! We love you, you know that already. We love you a lot. We love you when you can not smile and we love you when you can. We love you, we love you, we love you, now there is a reason to smile. Much smiling this week to you. Much love and light to all~ You are our smile leaders and you are all in place now! From their lips to your ears…I am just the messenger! Ahhh, you dear children seem so tired and over-extended these days. Please be assured that we are with you on these very busy ‘holiday’ days.Please remember as you run here and run there what this time is all about. It is a time for remembering who you are. It is a time for forgiving all those that have hurt you. It is a time for going in and “soul searching” to discover the light that was born into each one of you, for that is who you ARE. YOU ARE THE LIGHT! Please know that this is not just the time of a baby named “Jesus” and his birthday. It is your birthday also. It is a day to celebrate the new birth of your soul that is being ‘gifted’ and ‘unwrapped’ for all to see and to be shared. It is time to rejoice for not only today, but all of your days. Everyday is a day to celebrate! Every moment is a new moment to celebrate! Please remember, the things that you see and the things that you have been taught over the ions may not be exactly as you think they are. No, this is not another puzzle, yet it is the truth about who you are. All your books that have been written is not about others, but about YOU! The light that you all sing about is your light. The baby you all sing about is you. The shepherds, the folk people, and the loved ones that were there to welcome a baby to your new world are your friends, and your family, and your neighbors. Now it is time for each of you to KNOW that you are that baby. YOU are Him. You are Her. You are ONE with all that has ever been created. Please do not feel that there is someone better than you. There is no one with more powers than you. There is no one with more gift’s than you. There is no one who can be anything that you are not. Our loves, it is you….you are all different but all the same. As you celebrate this ‘holiday season’ which is filled with much love and light…please remember to take the time to remember your own love and light. For if you do not remember your own…how can you remember anyone else’s? Be at peace this time of your year. Be at peace dear ones and know that we ALL are with you on your journey. Rejoice, sing out loud, and remember that this time of your year is for you to celebrate your light! You are all very special to our dear Lisa and you all mean a great deal to her. You know, there is not a day that goes by when she does not send much love and healing for each of you. For our dear child has learned to give to herself first and we celebrate her work! She can give openly and freely to each of you because she has freed herself from the bondage of self limiting and abusive thoughts about her temple where she resides. For this we bless her. We thank her for making us smile…now we know she has been learning and listening to us, her ‘PEEPS’! From her team… we say “God Bless each of you this holiday season”. Much love and admiration from Lisa’s village over here to her village over there. PS BE HOLY! BE PROUD! AND FOR GOODNESS SAKES…. SMILE! Hello everyone! For those of you who have had private Messages from Spirit or meetings with me, you know that I like to explain as much about Spirit and how they come through as possible. I feel that it helps you to better understand the magnitude of their love for you and they like to prove to you that it is is fact them. I also feel it helps you to feel that your loved ones, guides, Angles, and the enitre Spirit world, are not only NOT separate from you, but a PART of each one of you!Now onto the newsletter….. From their lips to your ears….I am just the typer!
Here we sit on this gloomy day. You all look like the Dr. Suess children who could not go out to play…that is until Thing 1 and Thing 2 came over to play!Have you ever stopped to think who your Thing 1 and Thing 2 are?And you state, “I did not know I had a Thing 1 and a Thing 2!”

WEll… of course you do. All you have to do is invite them to come out to play with you.

You see, you are all born with this overwhelming sense of play and freedom that your souls cry out for if they are denied fun for too long. When you sit in your hours of ‘gloom and doom’, as you call it, you are re-pressing the very thing inside of you that is a gift from God and the universe. Please remember to allow your Thing 1 and Thing 2 to come out too play. By doing this, you are allowing a part of you to play in the puddles, laugh at silly jokes, make a mess, and most of all to laugh at yourselves. There is no need to take life so seriously, all of the time, as most of you do.

Remember to laugh often and much, for when you do, you raise not only your vibration, but the vibrations of all who you come in contact with. You see my dear children, you are all ONE!

If you are all one, then you should be able to lean on each other for support and for strength in your hours of need. But please remember that your hours of need are only represented by the ‘false evidence appearing to be real’…..FEAR as you call it (we just love that by the way). Just saying the words runs shivers up our spines and scares us ‘to death’ (after all it is almost your Hollow Nights, is it not?)

Remember that this ‘FEAR’ that you think exists, is nothing more than an illusion pretending to keep you safe….in fact, it is the very thing you fear the most. FEAR is what is to be FEARED……but then again, is FEAR real or is it made up by mind’s that are trying to fool us into a false sense of security? Fear is the illusion is it not? Think about that the week before ‘Hollow Nights’….what better time to think of Fear than this week!

By inviting Thing 1 and Thing 2 into your hearts, your ‘homes,’ and ‘your temples’, you are not allowing for the FEAR to reside. Thing 1 and Thing 2 are the very “things” that erase the Fear that we FEAR the most. Now there is a costume for you, red wig and all.

Ahhh Costumes…..now that is for next week!

Please allow your Thing 1 and Thing 2 to surface and play. That is what they were given to you for and that is exactly what they are waiting for you to ask….”can you come out to play with me?”

Life is grand….just look through the illusion and see yourselves looking back at you. Be prepared for the pure beauty and light that you will see. We promise it will be spectacular. Mirrors….ahhh that it for another time as well!

For now enjoy your week and enjoy your gloom, for when there is gloom, there is sure to be found Thing 1 and Thing 2.

Messages from Spirit….

From their lips to your ears….I am just the typer! Hmmmm… What a beautiful day it is today. The sun is shining and the birds are singing, are they not? Hard to believe in some of your world, Thanksgiving will shortly be upon you.NOW is the time to give thanks for all that you have, all that you give to others, and all that you receive from others. But we do not need to tell you that, do we? It happens too often that the smallest of deeds are often overlooked with no gratitude at all. Lisa has learned a great deal about gratitude in the past week or two. She has learned about the little things that are really quite big indeed. You see, having gratitude is not for only the material things that you have, the health that you find yourself in, the people that you have in your life, or the food that you are about to eat. Gratitude is about YOU…having gratitude for yourselves first and foremost. Lisa has learned that and will continue to learn that…for you will all learn that! You see when you have gratitude for yourself, the gratitude that you feel for all other things in the universe is a natural response to you. When you give to yourself first, then it is as you say, “a no brainer” that you will give to others naturally. Lisa learned about gratitude for herself over her last little ‘trip’ that she found herself on. It was in those moments of pure disbelief that she found….herself. She found herself in a place that she had no idea where she was…it was a place of pure GRATITUDE FOR HERSELF and only HERSELF. Uh oh, she thinks to herself with a smile, what kind of growth will there be next for me? You see we remind our dear child Lisa and each of you as well; growth does not have to be sad, painful or hard, you just must go with the flow of the tide. Float and let go. See where you end up. It is only when you stop to look around to see you where you are and feel where you are, do you see how far you In the next few week’s, give thanks to you first. Go into your heart’s and say ‘thank you’ to yourself for the wonderful soul’s that you are. Then and only then will the amount of gratitude that you feel toward’s everything else in your life flow naturally and unconditionally. But how can it not, because you are all ONE. If you Much peace and love as you all go into your soul’s and re-discover your gratitude for yourselves. As always, we are with each and everyone of you on your journey’s. You are divine, you are special, and WE have gratitude for each ONE of you. BE beautiful, BE magnificent, BE wise, BE elegant, BE kind, BE delightful, BE funny All of Lisa’s magnificent and wonderful……. peeps. And just in case you wondering who we really are, we are all of you in disguise….or are you the one’s in disguise? Either way, we are all beautiful!
